I have a governor for my Series I 80-inch, but I don’t have the special bolts that fix the governor’s mounting bracket on to the thermostat housing. Can I buy them?

Rover initially made the Land Rover with these studs in place, all ready to accept a governor. Few have survived – it’s bad enough trying to remove a standard thermostat-housing bolt, but these special studs have a thin hex head that rounds off when a spanner is applied. Of all the engines I’ve scrapped, I’ve only managed to remove one stud.
Blanchard (pablanchard.co.uk) lists them but if you want to make them I have the dimensions. The stud itself is hex-headed with a protruding threaded section. The special nut is hex with a round base. There should be a spring washer and also a star washer.
Stud: Overall length 106mm; diameter 7.8mm; from behind hex head to front 13.7mm; thickness of hex head 4.8mm; threading at rear 14.6mm.
Nut: Thickness 6.8mm; thickness of hex 3.2mm; hex 20.8mm across flats (same for hex on the stud).
