Their defined interests are pretty much identical, green laning, camping, attending shows and any other opportunity for socialising.
In the north-west we have the Manchester Land Rover Community. The group, which describes itself as ‘an open un-censored club’ has been going for a few months now, they have a Facebook page, and a web forum at manchesterlandrover.co.uk. Or you can pop along to their pub-meet on the first Wednesday of every month at the Heaton Park Beefeater, in Crumpsall, M8 4NB at 7:30 PM.
On the other side of the country we have an even newer group by the name of ‘Fenlanders 4x4’, covering the flatlands of Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire. The group was founded by five Land Rover owners, but owners of any model of 4x4 are welcome to join them via their Facebook page. Their most recent outing included a visit to a microbrewery and a masterclass in bush craft skills. Their next big get-together will be at the Donnington show on 29th November.
