Polish customiser, Carlex Design has launched a Range Rover Sport inspired by the checks of the British fashion house, Burberry, best known for its trench coats and check patterns. It is calling it the Burberry Range Rover but whether the tie-up is an official one is not clear.
The British luxury fashion house's distinctive tartan pattern and colours can be found throughout the Range Rover's interior, including the seats and door panels, the roof lining and the steering wheel stitching, where Carlex has used high quality leather and Alcantara. Other interior elements have, according to Carlex, been 'varnished in the colour of deep piano black and juicy cherry with a touch of white sand.' The SUV's exterior has been left untouched. Carlex Design has not said how much it will cost potential buyers to give their Range Rover Sport the Burberry touch. This Burberry-furnished Range Rover Sport comes from the same minds responsible for the Mini Countryman Steampunk and other unusual projects.
