It's the fastest production Land Rover ever, but most impressive is it's fluid body control. While the high grip on tarmac is one thing, the Sport's new torque vectoring feature makes traction on gravel something else entirely, allowing you to stay on the road better and corner quicker.
The SDV6 model comes in at £6,500 less than the Supercharged and is identical except for the 292bhp 3.0-litre twin-turbo SDV6 diesel which gives about 15mpg more. You have to sacrifice the Supercharged's aural treats and but it's still stunningly rapid and well-mannered on a cross-country drive.
This new model is a huge step forward in every way. Lighter, more spacious, more refined, faster, more agile, more versatile and more economical. It'll make you feel like you can go anywhere and do anything.
