County Station Wagons will command the strongest resale prices. The interior of this one looks tidy from what we can see of it, and the bodywork’s fantastic. The wheels aren’t original and the pint-sized tyres don’t do it any favours, but they can easily be changed.
There’s a new clutch and a reconditioned engine under the bonnet which should improve reliability, although the seller doesn’t mention if it’s a 2.5 turbo or NA: turbos are easier to live with on the road, but they can suffer from cracked pistons or head, so check for pressurization of the crank case.
Be aware that the tax and MOT have just expired.
