The provider of training courses and qualifications currently runs courses in a range of sectors through a network of 500 training providers – a network which it is hoping to double in size.
The off-road instructor recruitment campaign is expected to appeal to a broad range of people, including those seeking a career change or those looking for a second job to supplement their income. Simon Bristow, Sales and Marketing Director at Lantra, says: ‘I’d encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch; our teams can guide people through the process and provide advice on how to get involved.’
Fancy your chances? Wannabe instructors will need to have significant off-road experience under their belt, and either hold, or be working towards, a recognised qualification in teaching or instructional techniques. You’ll also need relevant technical qualifications, plus a good knowledge of health and safety and First Aid.
