If you’ve got expert practical skills that can be applied to the full range of Land Rover models, ideally learned from working at the Land Rover factory, a dealer, independent specialist or the military, and are able to relay those skills and knowledge clearly to our readers, we'd like to hear from you.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Land Rover enthusiast to join the Land Rover Owner team, working with the LRO editorial staff and our unrivalled team of experts in the trade, to spearhead our ever-popular Workshop section.
Previous journalism experience isn't essential, but an in-depth understanding of (and enthusiasm for) all eras of Land Rover and Range Rover models – from Series I to the latest models – is. You'll have a clear understanding of what technical issues Land Rover owners face, and you'll be able to identify the best ways for our readers to address them.
This is a full-time staff role, with a competitive salary and benefits package, based mainly at our Peterborough office in Cambridgeshire. You'll also get opportunities to work alongside other workshop professionals at some of the UK's top Land Rover parts and servicing specialists.
To apply, please send a copy of your CV and a ‘How to’ article in the style of LRO’s Workshop pages (see pic above as an example), by email to: mike@LRO.com, or by post to: Land Rover Owner Editorial, Media House, Lynch Wood, Peterborough PE2 6EA. The deadline for applications is February 13, 2015.
