The rumours continue. According to comments made by Land Rover’s design director Gerry McGovern to Range Rover Sport SVR – devising a package of not-too-dramatic tweaks that combine into something pretty special – then we look forward to the result.

The lairiest production Evoque currently on offer is the Si4 Dynamic, delivering a suitably pokey 265bhp, coupled with tarmac-biting wizardry such as Torque Vectoring and the nine-speed Active Driveline. (Check out last year’s Big Test from the May 2014 issue of LRO for our review.)
On the gnarlier end of the spectrum are the tuned and fettled Evoques for road or rally stage, created by the likes of German ‘vizzkid’ Amadeus Matzker (if you’re unfamiliar with Matzker, prepare to drool). Take a look at LRO September 2012 for inspiration.
