Brewed since 1990, a vintage year that also saw the launch of the legendary Land Rover Defender, Spitfire commemorates the battle fought in the skies above Kent in 1940. It’s named after the Supermarine Spitfire aeroplane.
This year, Spitfire commemorates 75 years since the Battle of Britain. Thanks to Shepherd Neame, we have eight cases of 500ml bottles (that’s 200 in all) up for grabs…

Spitfire – proudly supporting the RAF Benevolent Fund
Although too young to have served in World War Two, Land Rovers have supported airfield ground crews throughout the marque’s history. Shepherd Neame is aiming to raise £75,000 for the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund – adding to the £350,000 it has raised so far.
Limited-edition Spitfire bottles sport the RAF Benevolent Fund heart roundel on their crown, and invite drinkers to enter a competition to fly three classic planes in one day: Tiger Moth, Harvard and Spitfire.
