The Scottish Land Rover Show 2016 is to be held on July 2-3 at The Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, Edinburgh.
Live Promotions, the event management company behind the Spring Adventure and the Scottish Land Rover Show, cited customer demand as the reason for making the change.
‘For several years the Land Rover community has asked Live to launch an event in Scotland,’ Live said in a statement. ‘The Land Rover market in Scotland is strong [and] the distance needed to travel to events [in England] is often one of the main reasons for not being able to attend.’
Live promises that the Scottish Land Rover Show will be the first of its kind in Scotland, and ‘the greatest global gathering of all things green oval Scotland has ever seen’. Expect all the usual big-show highlights: a main action arena (including twist-off ramp competition, winching demos and off-road challenges) club displays, traders, an autojumble area and evening entertainment. Camping will also be available.
Advance day tickets: £11 per adult
Kids, ages 5-15: £5
Weekend camping: from £70 for two adults and two kids, or three adults
Car parking: £5 per car
Ticket booking fees will apply
