Hands up who hates cleaning the underside of their Land Rovers, preferring to hope the rain will wash all the accumulated mud away? If that's you, you'll love these mud shields for Defender 90s. They fit in front of the rear wheel, preventing mud from clagging between the tubular outrigger and body. On pre-TDCi Defenders they stop wet mud from corroding the fuel tank filler neck, as well as protecting the tank a little. They're made from 3mm plastic with 2mm galvanised steel brackets, and can easily be removed if you need to do work in that area.
Neil says: 'Preventing mud accumulations will reduce the risk of rust taking hold.'
