My Freelander has changed a lot in the two years I've owned it. Since featuring in LRO in August 2012, it's been working hard as both a toy and workhorse. It's the best 4x4 in the size that I wanted - perfect for all my hobbies, and for using as a family car and taking the dogs out. It's a really versatile vehicle and great off-road, so long as you choose your lines carefully and you're careful with the clutch. It's great in the snow too.
These days I'm running BF Goodrich AT/KO tyres, but I'm mostly done with the mods now. My mate Paul and I run a small informal club with some friends. Once a month we go greenlaning, kayaking and biking together, and nearly all of us have Land Rovers. We all try to help each other out as much as possible, and work on each others' vehicles, but sometimes they still end up at a garage...
